Elite Ride Limo Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms
Unless otherwise agreed to in advance and in writing, the following Terms & Conditions apply. Total charges incurred are billed to the client’s credit card unless invoice arrangements have been made and approved in advance or there is an existing corporate billing account. Elite Ride Limo accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Elite ride limo accepts following instant transfer payment methods: Chase QuickPay, Zelle, Apple Cash, and Venmo. Checks or cash may also be accepted subject to an authorized credit card guarantee and identity validation for security purposes. Checks may be required to be received in advance in order to clear prior to the date(s) services are rendered. New and one-time clients will be required to present their card for imprinting. Additional ID verification may also be necessary.

2. Reservations and Deposits
When making a reservation with Elite Ride Limo, a 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance will be processed 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.

3. Airport Transfers
Elite Ride Limo provides flat rates for most domestic and international commercial airport pickups and drop-offs. Waiting time for up to 1 hour is included in a flat airport transfer rate. If the client is delayed beyond this grace period, billing shall revert to the prevailing hourly rate.

4. Point to Point Transfers
Point-to-point transfer rates are pre-determined and agreed with customer. Extra stops or waiting time beyond the fifteen (15) minute grace period will incur additional charges for up to $2.00 a minute for Sedans and SUVs. An additional hour will be incurred if customer goes over 15 minute grace period upon already agreed pickup time. Our billing department will reach out to the customer with updated invoice after the service is done.

5. Hourly Service
Hourly services are available with a minimum charge of 3 hours for Sedans, SUVs and Sprinters. 4 hours minimum reservation is required for minibuses. 5 hours booking is minimum for coaches. Travel time may be charged on a “garage-to-garage” basis.

6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are sometimes necessary. The following applies unless otherwise agreed to or provided in writing:

  • For local service in the tri-state area cancellations on sedan & SUV airport transfers are accepted without a charge 12 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up time.

  • Vans, minibuses, and motor coaches require 72 hours cancellation notice.

  • International cancellations fall under the same requirements.

Cancellations made less than the specified notice are nonrefundable. To ensure the reservation of the vehicle, deposit charges are non-refundable. This deposit secures your booking, guaranteeing the availability of the selected vehicle for your scheduled date and time.

7. Special Events & Peak Demand Rental Times
Special events and peak demand periods may dictate premium pricing, higher hourly minimums, and may require non-refundable prepayments. Limited vehicle availability is common during these periods. Rate will be pre-agreed and confirmed with the customer - before finalizing the reservation.

8. No Shows
If you do not see your chauffeur, please call our office immediately at +1 (833) 339-6688 to avoid a full-charge “no-show” fee. For airport and point-to-point services, a fee equal to the base fare and wait time will be charged if the client does not show at the pre-arranged pickup location.

9. E-Mail Communication
Reservations, changes, and cancellations are accepted via email with adequate notice. We recommend confirming requests sent after normal business hours via phone. Always ensure you receive an email confirmation for your reservation, change, or cancellation.

10. Chauffeur Tip Policy
Gratuities for Mercedes Sprinter Vans, Minibuses, and Coaches are not included in the total service rate. A discretionary gratuity of 10-15% is recommended, though it is not mandatory.

For airport transfers, a mandatory 15% gratuity is applied exclusively to Sedans, Luxury Sedans, SUVs, and Luxury SUVs. This measure is in place to ensure the highest standards of punctuality and quality for customer transfers.

11. Arrival Time
While we strive to avoid delays, factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, road closures) may impact arrival times. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals due to these conditions.
In cases of delays caused by the company without valid reason, Elite Ride Limo accepts full responsibility. Under such circumstances, customers are entitled to request a full refund and cancel the service entirely.

Alternatively, the company may offer a partial refund, allowing the service to continue as agreed upon with the customer at an adjusted rate. This revised rate must be mutually agreed upon by both the customer and the company before proceeding.

12. Baggage and Property Transport
Elite Ride Limo is not liable for personal belongings left in our vehicles. We kindly ask all passengers to thoroughly check for their belongings before exiting.

If an item is left behind, please contact our office immediately, and we will arrange for the vehicle to be checked promptly. Any found items can be returned via postal services or delivered directly by our company, with all associated return charges to be covered by the customer. A postal service tracking number will be provided for items sent by mail.

13. Passenger Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse transport to individuals under the influence of illegal drugs or excessively intoxicated. Minors are not allowed to consume or possess alcohol or illegal substances in our vehicles.

14. Excess Cleaning & Damage
Any extensive cleaning or damage caused by clients or passengers will incur additional fees, with a minimum cleanup fee of $275.00

15. Smoking Policy
Smoking in vehicles is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic minimum $400.00 charge.

16. Additional Charges

  • Wait Time: Additional charges apply after the grace periods (1 hour for airport transfers, 15 minutes for point-to-point).

  • Stops: Extra stops will incur a minimum $15 charge per stop, plus additional wait time as applicable.

  • Administrative Fee: A 10% administrative fee will be added to your bill for miscellaneous expenses.

  • Holiday & Off-Hour Surcharge: A surcharge will be added during certain holidays and off-hours.

  • Staff Accommodations: For overnight travel, lodging and meals should be arranged by the client.

17. Consent for Reservation-Related Communications

The customer consents to the use of their email and phone number for communication purposes related to their reservation, including booking details, driver contact information, and payment information. To facilitate seamless service, all reservation-related communication will be sent to the provided email and phone number.

Customers may opt in to receiving text messages and phone communications from Elite Ride Limo either by selecting the opt-in option on online booking or quote request forms or by providing verbal consent over the phone. These options ensure that customers remain informed throughout the reservation process.
